I have applied for the Mall Galleries Summer Exhibition with three works made as part of ‘The Something Useful’ Project residency in India. The exhibition will be held at the Threadneedle Space as well as the Main and North Galleries. The exhibition will be opened by Royal Patron HRH Princess Michael of Kent on Wednesday 5th July. The Society was founded in 1855, offering women artists the opportunity to exhibit and sell their works otherwise denied to them. Annual exhibitions have been held in London since 1857. The artworks are watercolour and collage on paper and are a part of the parasympathetic series inspired by Darpana Academcy of Performing Arts.
